1) Business & Services

 

 

Kines Physical Therapy provides:

 

  • One-on-one physical therapy services by appointment

  • Movement, strength, balance, and mobility programs

  • Educational content, newsletters, classes, and workshops

 

 

Physical therapy services are provided by a licensed Doctor of Physical Therapy.

Educational programs and classes are not a substitute for medical care and do not establish a patient-provider relationship.

 

 

 

2) No Medical Advice Outside of PT Care

 

 

Information on this website, in programs, videos, emails, or classes is for education only and should not be considered medical advice.

 

Do not begin an exercise or movement program without consulting a qualified healthcare professional, especially if you have pain, injury, or a medical condition.

 

If you are an active PT patient, recommendations are based on your evaluation and treatment plan discussed during sessions — not from website content.

 

 

 

3) Appointments, Cancellations & No-Shows

 

 

Physical therapy sessions are by appointment only.

 

  • Late cancellations and missed appointments may be subject to a fee

  • Insurance coverage does not apply to cancellation fees

  • Repeated no-shows may result in discharge from care

4) Insurance, Billing & Payments

 

 

Kines Physical Therapy may accept select insurance plans.

Coverage and patient responsibility vary by plan.

 

  • Insurance benefits are not guaranteed until claims are processed

  • Patients are responsible for co-pays, deductibles, and uncovered services

  • Cash-pay rates apply when insurance is not used or benefits are not available

 

 

Movement programs, classes, and educational offerings are separate from physical therapy and are typically not insurance-eligible.

 

 

 

5) Refunds

 

 

  • Physical therapy services are non-refundable once provided

  • Digital programs, classes, and education products are non-refundable unless otherwise stated

  • Refund exceptions may be granted at our discretion under limited circumstances

 

 

 

 

6) Results Are Not Guaranteed

 

 

Everyone responds differently to treatment and training.

We do not guarantee specific outcomes, recovery timelines, or performance results.

 

 

 

7) Use of Website & Content

 

 

All content on this website — text, images, videos, programs, and branding — is the property of Kines Physical Therapy and may not be copied or distributed without permission.
